Refund policy

At KAISITE, we are committed to providing our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms set out below.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

(i)Be in the same condition as received

(ii)Be unused and unworn

(iii)Include all original tags

(iv)Be returned in its original packaging

(v)Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Request a Return

Returns must not be sent back without prior authorization. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions regarding how and where to send your package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or ordering by mistake, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the seller will bear the full return shipping cost.

In certain cases, customers may be required to pay the return shipping cost in advance. Where the return is approved and determined to fall under seller-responsible return shipping, reimbursement may be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at support@kaisite.store so that we may evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping policy

At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries or regions where delivery is unavailable through our store. We also currently do not ship to countries within the European Union.
